Master´s project solve design of Mountain Pension With Restaurant . The construction system is wood column forming frame, the 2by4 system. The building has three floors and roofed by sadlle roof with dormers. The roof has two levels. There is also green roof in building. The structure is based on pads foundations. Something extra is using of gabion wall to ventilate the space around pads.

This bachelor's thesis solves the project documentation development of the family house with parlor. The object has the ground floor, the first floor and the residential attic. In the house is the establishment for performance of hairdressing business. The house is designed of the brick blocks and covered in gabled roof with the sunroof and three dormers. The house is designed for the family of four.
